Rates & Policies

• Two Party Mediation - $250 per party, per hour -  Private  Civil  & Domestic cases (2 hour minimum)
• Three Party Mediation - $225 per party, per hour -  Private  Civil  & Domestic cases (2 hour minimum)
• Mediation services are billed to the nearest half hour.

Much effort for everyone goes into preparing for mediation.  While sometimes cancellations are necessary, I ask that all participants involved be notified at the earliest possible time as to the need to cancel or reschedule.  Cancellation should be in writing with agreement of and notice to all parties.
